The reason I am giving 1 star has nothing to do with Dr. Li. I’m recently a new patient and I honestly wish I knew beforehand how beyond impossible it was to even get anyone on the phone at the front desk. Their voicemail even during office hours says they call back within 48 hours if they don’t answer. I’m lucky if I get a call back in a week if at all. And they don’t have a direct phone number to the office that I go to which is in Brockton not Brighton. At this point I’m going to have to drive there just to talk to someon... read more
