I hate to give only 3 stars because Dr. B is simply amazing! Her lead vet tech Chavoya needs training on how to communicate with customers. Her customer communication is sub par! Dr. B deserves all the praise in the world! I can't say enough positive things about her! I would rate 5s across the board! Sad when your support staff ruins the experience. I have used to Dr B for my Hairless babies for a very long time and will continue to many years to come!
Shevia went above and beyond when they were out of my babies life saving medicine today! Not only did she think outside of the box and realize you could half a 2.5 mg pill and get the correct dosage for my baby but she brought them to Forney on her way home! She is a true asset to this wonderful veterinary practice!!!!! Thank you Shevia!

Compassionate and knowledgeable. Terrell Vet Center came through for our family last week, when our big boy Bandit needed help crossing the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you, for all you do to make a very hard time easier. And thank you, Tiffany. Having a hand made remembrance of Bandit will always warm our hearts.

The whole staff at Terrell Vet Center are Awesome! I have been bringing my dogs here for 17 years and was always treated well. My dogs love them so i Love them
EXCELLENT and very knowledgeable. Have been to others and I stayed with the best. Have one dog that you say VET and he is ready to go. They not only care for your pet but teach you too. Prices are very reasonable too
