Mower was returned not getting proper fuel flow, surging and trying to die. When I complained I was spoken to as if I did not know what I was talking about . Mr. Deaver told me he would look at it but would need to charge me again. I told him it should have been checked before its return. I was unable to retort to Mr. Deaver as he kept cutting me off and not letting me finish a sentence.
