I am sorry for giving a poor review but I dont know how else to be heard and I dont want others to experience the same thing as me. I started seeing dr. Glenn in hopes to find a new doctor I can see regularly. My first 2 appointments were ok, however, it did seem Dr. Glenn didnt put any effort into getting to know me, asking me any questions and generally wanting to get out of the appointment as quickly as possible. So disappointed with this Dr. I have tried several times to get message to Dr regarding a lab result and to inform them that my pharmacy has been trying to reach him regarding my insulin. Medical Assistant’s recording states we could leave message on patient portal. I have not be able to locate Dr name or medical assistant name on that site. When I called the IT line regarding my portal set up , asking if they could add Him to my site, I was informed that Dr. Glenn has chosen not to participate with emails. ARE YOU SERIOUS? ... read more
