Was apart of the weatherization program. They came out took a no problem unit and put in a new unit but didn't place it correctly or put new venting in. Called back twice in a year due to the vent that runs from unit to home collasing a filled with water. Everytime they came out just rehooked same vent. Bill was higher..didn't use unit..was using window units and heaters due to bill increase. Guess what same vent collapsed and full of water now. The kicker the work order says it was replaced. Just wanted to let you know Matt Higgs is a great guy and employee. He was so honest and up front about it not being the motor that was bad and never blamed the first guy that came here. Just said it was a mistake that happens. I told him I was going to buy a small ac unit because we had people coming here this weekend for a baby shower and I had concerns about it getting hot with that many people being here.
