Please do not bring your infant/baby/toddler here. They do NOT do thorough exams. They do not listen to a parent's concerns. They are overbooked and mentally overworked... each patient is given a 10-minute slot in which you get less than 5 minutes. Allison Hebert missed a deadly genetic disorder that my daughter has. She didn't hear my concerns... in her medical chart she says that she checked her reflexes (NEVER CHECKED THEM) and they were normal.. yet five days later another pediatrician could not find any reflexes on my b... read more
The doctors are rude. They don’t answer your questions. They avoid doing their job. They avoided giving my daughters shots for unrealistic reasoning just so they would do their Job. All of the office staff is rude and act as if your invisible.
Our appointment was for 8:30, but the doctor wasn't at 9. We weren't seen till 9:20. Which gave me enough time to notice how unclean the examination room was. I told the person who finally came into the room and was told, " I don't know about that" when I pointed out how dirty it was.
Unclean, kids running amuck, adults not paying attention, doc barely speaks English, nurses coughing, pure chaos... Not very professional. One visit was enough... Just my opinion, we took our granddaughter to a much better environment.
