By charging $5 per dog for a registration tag, I foresee even fewer people registering their dogs. People weren't registering their dogs when it was free because of the supposed hassle, what do you think will happen now.
For $60 a month, you think they could answer the phone. Have you seen the trailer park? How do they justify $60 a month in HOA fee's when they have a literal dump right next to a lake? This place is either money laundering, or just a scam.
