I absolutely love the homes
This community is fantastic and is conveniently located minutes from HEB and other bustling shopping centers. For the avid golfer there is even a trackman driving range about 10 minutes from this community in Castroville. The community is very well maintained and inviting. Potranco West is the next hot spot for homeowners! We saw some of the new homes that are being built and they look EXCELLENT! We are looking to upgrade into a Terrata Home. We currently live in a LGI Home and the quality of this builder is top notch. Terrata Homes is definitely the best choice on the Northwest side of town, near Castroville. Ask for May Peña when you show up! She’s awesome!
