We were told Terrata was was a good builder. We bought this home versus a new Perry home. Big mistake!! Just over five years old we’re having to do tile work in master shower. Gentleman doing the work is pointing out the short cuts taken that is now causing my tiles to fall off. Proper materials weren’t used. In fact they used house siding in areas versus hardy board. Also no pan membrane (waterproofing) covering the threshold area. Buyers beware!
