I would be very cautious using Britt Michaelson and Terrapin Consulting. First of all, she is a disrespectful person who will cut you off mid conversation, and if she doesn't like the tough question, she will just hang up on you. She makes up answers instead of being forthright and honest and does not stand behind her actions. We moved our accounting to Britt and Terrapin Consulting based on all the promises that she made that weren't followed up on.
