The whole staff are made up of saints. I’m normally very nervous at doctor offices but every time I leave this place, I am in a great mood. The human element is never lost. My husband had recently established with Dr Hines and recommend him to me. I set an appointment to establish myself. On the day of my appointment I get tied up in a meeting in central austin. Once I leave the meeting I get on the road frantically head north. When I arrive I literally run into the building and speak to the front desk staff. They advise me that I’m 12 minutes late and the Dr has a 10 minute window. I explain my situation and stress that I am only 2 minutes over the rule. Seriously one of the best doctors In the area, the staff at his office are some of the nicest people around and very professional.
I have been seeing Dr. Hines for years, got my husband seeing him and now our daughter. Great office. Genuinely cares about his patients. Its not just a job for Dr. Hines.
