I had fallen at my home and landed on my neck injuring my larynx and managed to make it to the emergency room, Dr Farrell recognized the condition immediately and skillfully placing a tube in my airway after putting me asleep and then sending me to Boston by helicopter for further management of my condition. He truly saved my life !
