He was very judgmental and degrading on my initial visit. When I went to have my teeth removed he did not put on gloves when he put my IV in nor did he even tell me what he was doing as he was getting my IV ready.

I called Dr. Rust's office to make an appointment for my grandson to have his wisdom teeth removed. He lives in Eureka, but will be living with me for a while. The receptionist asked where he lives and then said they don't take patients from that area. I then told her would be living with me in Red Bluff for awhile. Her nasty remark was "Well you already told me he lives in Eureka, so no."

Before my first appt. I had read great reviews and some critical of Dr. Rust, so I kept an open mind & decided for myself. I found Dr. Rust to be caring, informative and he conveyed the dental procedure I would be having very well. In my opinion Dr. Rust is a highly qualified Oral Surgeon and I just can't say how grateful I am that I was referred to him! I also found his office staff to be equally as pleasant!

Arrogant over stipulative, and Rude, save your self time if your overweight they wont work on you if your bmi is over a certain limit. They will send you to fairfield.

So extremely unprofessional. They kept confusing my daughter with another patient. We called around to find a dentist who would do the procedure with our insurance, drove almost 2 hours and paid cash for an xray.Then after approving and scheduling a tooth to be pulled, they again (total of 3 times) confuse her with another patient. When I explain to them what we need done again, they then told me that because of his policy, the dentist can't pull only one tooth.
