Myra Dennis has been wonderful, she helped us view many homes until we found the right one. She put us in touch with the mortgage company and was always available if we had any questions or doubts. She made the whole process easy for us from start to finish. Always Friendly and Professional, Myra always went the extra mile to help us find and buy our home.

I would highly recommend Myra! She was honest with us, had patience for all our questions, and was always willing to help. After listing our house, we had two offers within 3 days and sold above asking price.
Myra Dennis is a thief. If you rent from her she will over charge you for move out costs and will ignore you when you ask for receipts. She will charge ridiculous amounts for things all to pocket your deposit. Do not do business with her! ***UPDATE*** Really?!? 4 years later she responds! Four years later and still no accountability for the failure to provide an itemized receipt for any deductions made from my deposit, as required by law, and did no walk through to allow me to address anything.
