Mika Dixon with the maintenance team is so helpful and friendly!! Helped me get my car out of buried snow. Team always replies very quickly to maintenance request!
The entire staff consistently go above and beyond for residents; remarkably accommodating. A huge shout out to Mike Dixon who dropped everything this morning to help dig our car out of the snow. He even cleared the space next to ours to ensure we had a place to park upon returning. This display of consistent and outstanding service to residents is a huge reason we love living at Terrain on the Parkway.
Wouldn’t recommend living in apartment 107.Constant stomping in the apartment above us, I don’t know if the people above us are just ignorant or they need better insulation in their walls. Made more than one noise complaint with no resolution. Only positive to this complex was the maintenance staff, parking, and how secure my packages were. Maybe I would have enjoyed my apartment better if I were in a different unit. I can’t wait to move out in March.
Impeccably clean. Great location. Controlled access with parking and other amenities. Essentially a luxury community
