I do have to say that this is by far the best apartment I have lived in. I am not saying everything is perfect but management goes out of their way to make residents comfortable. The grounds are kept clean and manicured and the hallways as well, for the most part. When I left, I forgot an important item. I called the leasing office and they went into the apartment to confirm that the item was still there and they sent it via overnight shipping through UPS. Jody and Tracy have helped us so much. You should be proud of these great human beings. They go all out for the clients and they never say no to difficult situations. Very professional and on point on everything they do to satisfy the customer. I’m so happy I’m here at terrain on the parkway cause I have not been treated so good as the way Jody and Tracy have treated us.
Jody was super proactive in all the process. She explained everything in detail and was answering all of my questions before signing and also helped me troubleshoot on site for the process of my application. She is super sweet and helpful. She definitely had a part in my decision to apply here :) Tracy also was super helpful and nice along the process
Neil and Mike were so helpful and replaced our washer in a timely manner. Neil also fixed our shower within minutes of receiving our maintenance request. Thank you! 😊
