Take advantage of adults with disabilities. Do everything to cover their trail I am a victim and have witness this sick act of pure evil, I should be more specific and mention that this is referring to someone with dementia, whom was robbed blindly of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Why only allow a minimum with one star they deserve a negative rating.

Approximately 5 years ago Terra firma lifted our foundation because of doors and windows sticking. After the lift doors were worse. We had cracks where we never had them before. Doors are worse. 5 years later everything is still the same because I can not afford to get them fixed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They told me that they are not responsible for damage to your house caused by the lift.
We first contacted Terra Firma to bid our window wells(November 2019). We were told that engineering was ordered(aka sub contracted out) on November 15th and 2 weeks in engineering and 4-6 weeks we would get a permit and would mean a January-February completion date. Permits ended up taking longer(out of TF's hands and understandable). It ended up being end of March when the permit was received. Even after ALL that wait we weren't scheduled until mid June. We called Terra Firma to check our foundation. They did a great job on the actual lift. But, during the process they had to get under two places in our patio. When the job was finished, they just poured concrete into the holes. They didn’t replace the rebar, and the two corners of the patio have sunk. Terra Firma said not their problem and refused to make it right by repairing my patio correctly, I’m making it there problem by telling as many people as I can about this.

I complained on 6/8 with the BBB that I had had a terrible experience with TerraFirma. I am now amending that complaint and am giving TerraFima a solid 5 stars. Once my concerns were brought to the attention to the company, 4 TerraFirma employees, including the owner, came to my home to reevaluate my situation and attempt to remedy all my concerns.
