December 2025: Earthquake retrofitting in the crawlspace (they bracketed the sill to the foundation and bracketed support posts to the concreate piers): Because they are a big brand with high marks, I made the mistake of not getting multiple bids. Excellent work, complete and professional. The technician sent out to do the work was impressive. Knowledgable, friendly, competent and committed to excellent results. While not inexpensive, the work was well done.
We hired Terra Firma to repair and apply a polyaspartic covering to our 100 year-old garage floor. The work included stabilizing and leveling the cracked concrete, filling the cracks, grinding everything smooth, and applying the coating. The whole job took two days and it turned out beautifully.
