Santa Fe is chock full of really amazing restaurant experiences and I have a long list when I visit. But I do love to try new things. So upon learning of TerrraCotta from the Santa Fe School of Cooking, I knew I needed to try it. It was such a great place that I visited three times in the week I was there. I wanted to go a fourth but the others in my party thought it a bit excessive. Do yourself a culinary favor, and see for yourself. It is utterly delightful!
