I can’t say enough good things about Bill and John and the incredible job they do managing and caring for our building. They truly go above and beyond. 39 broken/lifting floor boards never fixed after MONTHS and reported injuries to TerraCorp.
I've lived here 9 years & over this time I've had a couple conflicts with neighbors and one of the past superintendents. TerraCorp was not only professional, but kind and patient during these disputes. Even during times when I was very angry, I knew I could call my building's company office and have someone reasonable to discuss and trouble shoot the problem with me. Honestly, that's all you can ask for. Thank you TerraCorp, for being my home.
