California is very expensive on rent and Terracina at Wildhorse is no exception. They don't pay maintenance people what they should get so we never have a stable maintenance person (I've lived here for about 10 years). They don't have a rent drop off box anymore (someone broke in through the box they had set up which wasn't secure because it was a cheap way to collect rent) because they are too cheap to put in a new one and the office hours aren't kept so it makes it difficult to get a payment to an actual person. It would be nice if they would have a sign that says no visitor parking inside the complex. It was very confusing to find the place I was looking for as the buildings are not in alphabetical order. It's very noisy when you are inside the apartments. I am glad I don't live there.
Horrible management, horrible apartments all apartments are defective and mold is in all the walls find another place to live.
Great community to live in!!!
