I don’t understand the negativity towards the office staff. I have to say that after going to many communities and talking to many people that Angela and Rhonda are the absolute friendliest and most helpful I have come across. Particularly Rhonda who went to bat for me with management when I didn’t meet one qualification and subsequently got approved! Have not moved in yet but looking forward to the day coming up soon. When I first moved in, my rent was $750. In three years that I’ve lived here, they’ve raised my rent to $1700 without a single care for me and my single person income.

Have been a Terracina tenant for 10 years, and management and staff USED TO BE extremely friendly and helpful. Over time, the manager quit and so did a few of the great staff, and the only ones left are rude, unhelpful, lazy members of management. Absolute awful team that fails to send out notices regarding changes in rent, loses paychecks, and does not respond to tenant issues. It used to be a great community of people, now it’s an overpriced run-down apartment complex with a clear coat of paint on top.

I’m the ideal tenant. I’ve lived here for four years. But that doesn’t stop this greed machine, and neither does the fact that these are LOW INCOME apartments! Because every year they RAISE my rent! Without fail! Last year my rent went up by $300! And this year another $400! They want to charge me, a long time renter MORE than what they charge BRAND NEW tenants!!!
