Maintenance at Terraces on the Green is very responsive especially if something happens on a Friday. They attended to a problem with bees on my patio when I reported it at noon on a Friday.
I have lived here for 1.5 years, and I am still so amazed how well the property is kept up on. The dog stations are maintained great. They also alway have something fun going on for residents. They have had food trucks all summer long. Different events in the clubhouse, and the pool is my favorite. It’s great, I have little kids and it never over packed or too loud or messy. Great apartments and lovely staff. Looks like they are doing great updates to the apartment and the landscaping. Adding things to accommodate family’s with kids. The terraces on the green is one place I would recommend to anyone!!!
