HOA dues are "OUT OF CONTROL!" for no legitimate financial reason. (feels like abuse). We just had a 25% increase 1.5 years ago that was blamed on the insurance rate increase.......... then just another increase in Jan '26 total of 35% increase in less than 2 yrs. Our complex has the highest HOA dues by a significant margin compared to other similar complexes in the area and........... our complex is avg to below avg in several categories compared to others. In 3-5 yrs our HOA dues could be $800-$900 because there is NOTHING... read more
The amenity fees in this community are a SCAM. It is June 4th and the pool has not open, you would think this is a one time thing but every single year is the same thing. (The pool that you pay to use it’s only open two months of the calendar year) Whoever is in charge of the amenities clearly doesn’t know how to do their job or they simply don’t care about the residents. Save your money and move elsewhere!
