This review gets me upset because we thought this place was nice and refused to ignore the bad reviews but they(management)don’t really care and it’s not their fault it’s the owners who can care less about who lives here it’s just business They tell you they will get things done but it’s all just bull and lies. Run down building, terrible management company, and terrible property manager. She’s super rude and pretends to be nice in front of prospective tenants. The maintenance issues never actually get fixed, they just slap bandages over the problems. There’s also a noise issue in the courtyard, there’s this really loud annoying machine that goes off every so often, pretty much every 2 minutes in the summer. Nice complex.
Completely in violation of the laws numerous times over and again. This entire management "team" should be jailed. They skirt through on illegal practices while trying to bamboozle people onto thinking that they are being legitimate. It's a sham or a management company. Patricia is about as useless as a 4th S would be. On Useless for those who didn't catch that.
