It’s a safe and clean neighborhood. Quite a few times maintenance left a mess after fixing something (came home to a dirty filter laying out on the living room floor, parts left out), the appliances are all really old and do not work properly (we would have to run the dishwasher 2-3 times and things would still not be cleaned). Overall not a terrible place to live, just not worth the price
I'm starting my lease this month and everything about the apartment and location looks good.I will update my review once I start living here.For now it's a 5 star Edit-09/19/2024 After staying for 6 years,it's time to move out since this community has gone downhill drastically.neighbors shouting,kids running around and knocking on your door randomly in the night.No action from management
