I'm in shock. When I called to check these homes I was told they were$750000- over 1 million. What are they smoking at Toll Brothers? Get a grip. These are TOWNHOMES without a yard. Townhomes are much cheaper in Fort Lauderdale and Miami which seriously has a better landscape and more activities. I've traveled all over the country. These homes are actually worth $350,000.
One of the best built townhomes in Jacksonville built by Toll Brothers. I think they are a bit over priced but the interior is beautiful. This the first time I have ever seen a four story townhome with a rooftop patio and balcony. The kitchen is on the second floor and the bedroom is on the 3rd. The 1st floor has a large parking garage and a small room with a bathroom . The view from the balcony of downtown Jacksonville is breathtaking.
