We stayed there March 2026. They carried all our luggage up and down the 3 flights of stairs. Except for the "terrace" of stairs the location was great. 100 to 120 steps to the ski hill. The hallway was a little narrow. The bed was ok. Plenty of drawers for clothes. The kitchen was fully stocked with all sorts of utensils. The stone waterfall hot tub was nice and it was deep but the jets were not working. We got 7" in snow overnight and another 5" on the last ski day. :) See photos after snow. They have heated sidewalks!
The property itself was lovely, well maintained, and in an excellent location. I wish I could leave a better review, but unfortunately, the property management completely ruined the only vacation I had the chance to take this summer. As someone who works in a neighboring mountain town, I completely understand how challenging it can be to live in a town inundated by tourists and I’ve dealt with many inconsiderate visitors. Very convenient location, superb hot tub amongst the trees and clean lodging with great selection of kitchen/cooking wares. Meals at the Stonebridge Hotel (adjacent property) are exceptionally good.
