Lived there for 10 yrs. 82-92 and it was a dump then and worse now. Had the state inspectors (that I had to find myself on property) and was told by them I should have been paid by the complex for living there. I painted apartment and laid down kitchen floor myself. Also bathroom wall was loaded with termites (soap dish fell out of the wall) The complex should be condemned, company only interested in making money and doing nothing for the tenants. Buildings look like they're falling apart.
