Karla was informative in everything we discussed today. She is very friendly & caring.
I just wanted to come in on a Karla who helps us with so many things here at the Terrace. I’m especially helpful that when we get our newsletter at The Terrace newsletter. I love her Karla’s Social Avenue this month. It was four pages so very much informative regarding breast, cancer awareness, AARP virtual learning with Karla was a plus and it always a special mention at Veterans Day that she has a board up. I really appreciate everything Karla does and goes over and above on everything. Always willing to help everybody and always has a smile on her face. Really cares about the residents here at the Terrace. Last summer I was sick for several days and when Karla seen me she asked if I was ok and missed. That makes me feel good to know she cares and makes me feel safe. I feel Karla does a very good job and I appreciates her help.
Lived here for 13 years. So far I like it. Karla is one in a million.
