I really appreciate everything Karla does and goes over and above on everything. Always willing to help everybody and always has a smile on her face. Really cares about the residents here at the Terrace. Last summer I was sick for several days and when Karla seen me she asked if I was ok and missed. That makes me feel good to know she cares and makes me feel safe. I feel Karla does a very good job and I appreciates her help.
Lived here for 13 years. So far I like it. Karla is one in a million.

The grounds are nice, and helpful staff. Laundry is cheaper than a mat. And overall a good choice when necessary. It is a decent option. And proximity to services is very good. Bus and transportation systems available. Can have reasonable kinds of pets. People can really fix up there places with a very lovely and homey atmosphere. Get along fine with people I meet. And there are quite a few.
