Do not rent here. Landlord either doesn't care or is oblivious to the maintenance and control of his properties. "Managers" do nothing. When approached with a problem, small or significant, you are met with open hostility and non-performance of resolution. DO NOT RENT from this company. I recently moved out and was not given my deposit back and was charged hundred of dollars worth of damage and cleaning costs. The apartment was left clean and the damages were small and should have been more than covered by the deposit and cat deposit we paid. The landlord was also dishonest about their subleasing policy when we viewed the apartment which led to me paying rent for several extra months after I moved out.
