The property is always well groomed. The hallways and stairs are cleaned every weekend. Laundry room is cleaned regularly and the washers and dryers are kept working. I find that neighbors are respectful of each other. Management and maintenance are both friendly and caring. This is a gated community which adds needed security in these difficult times. I recommend Terrace Pond. We have lived here for 5 years. Sue B

Be aware of this place. They do not treat their tenants with respect. Full of racist manager.
The bigger scam I've ever seen in my life, I moved the 31 July and I left the apartment in a very GOOD CONDITION. I left the key in a dropbox as instructed and a checklist of all we did. They waited almost a month and then send us a receipt of a supposed cleaning company they had to hire for cleaning.
