The property is always well groomed. The hallways and stairs are cleaned every weekend. Laundry room is cleaned regularly and the washers and dryers are kept working. I find that neighbors are respectful of each other. Management and maintenance are both friendly and caring. This is a gated community which adds needed security in these difficult times. I recommend Terrace Pond. We have lived here for 5 years. Sue B

The bigger scam I've ever seen in my life, I moved the 31 July and I left the apartment in a very GOOD CONDITION. I left the key in a dropbox as instructed and a checklist of all we did. They waited almost a month and then send us a receipt of a supposed cleaning company they had to hire for cleaning. Just wanted to share one of my worst experiences with Terrace Ponds with you. Both current residents and new tenants should take note of this important message. After we finished cleaning the unit, we finally left the building. After a month of waiting our security deposit, we received a statement listing a long number of bills, including carpet cleaning, maintenance, and paint costs and kept our $1475.00 security deposit on top of the fact that they still owed us $362.00.
