We have lived at IMM Apartments for over 8 years, and unfortunately, this most recent experience has been the worst we have ever had. Our apartment has now flooded four times, with this latest incident being by far the most severe. A large amount of heating and drying equipment was placed throughout our three-bedroom apartment, making the already hot summer conditions unbearable. My years renting from IMM at terrace Point was a great experience, Dawn is easy to work with and very understanding. It truly felt like home. I highly recommend renting with IMM in Bismarck.
Was nice at first. I moved there and was told I would be on the 1st floor because of my VA disability. I was given the 3rd floor now i have to have another surgery. Neighbors were racist and someone kept attempting to pry my mailbox open. I had to make a police report due to the racist issues. Residents run the apartments even when you report something. IMM so easy to work with. Dawn Brady from the office so helpfull in this moving process.. so detailed and friendly was effortless process. Very highly recommend IMM for rental needs. Both my brother and I have both rented from Dawn more then pleased. Maintenance crew very efficient and fast at resolving all problems . Thank you
The place is very convenient for me to live in. In near in my workplace, shopping center such as wallmart and cash wise. Also, in very near in gas station. I recommend this place (apartment) to stay in. Nice view and beautiful houses and the place i live in is cool
