Lots of great friendly people and nicely kept places. The person who wrote the review about the pool not open to under 55 is not a resident of our community. Otherwise younger guests are allowed in as long as they are coming along with a resident/family member. We do a lot of work and spend a lot of money to keep the place running. Only Phase 1 and Phase 2 residents of Terrace Park Estates are the ones that pay to keep the place running.
Great community but the pool is only for the 55 and older side and there are almost no people in the pool so please open it to the non-55 and older side
My client is so excited about moving into this community. He felt so at home during the HOA interview. A very well maintained community.
If you're ever in Wesley Chapel, Florida visiting, check out Terrace Park Estates. This is a 55 plus family community of manufactured homes. They have a nice clubhouse, swimming pool, shuffleboard courts and fun activities to enjoy.
