I would strongly caution anyone considering moving into this apartment building. The conditions here are far below what anyone should reasonably expect. The biggest issue is the severe pest problem. The building is heavily infested with both mice and roaches, and it doesn’t seem to matter how clean you keep your unit—they’re everywhere. Management schedules extermination every couple of weeks, but it’s ineffective. This place is infested with cockroaches
Never live there,if you want to be harassed with an inch of your life, have cockroaches walk on you along with various bugs,pay your rent told you don't and have it sometimes adjusted to correct every little thing they do wrong only to have it rigged by paying off anyone that helps legally so you can live through it basically it starts out fine until they get your money, remember cockroaches normally only come out at night not during your initial viewing Just never live there unless you want to deal with clearly mentally uns... read more
This is the worst property you could ever live in fargo moorhead area I warn anyone who wants to rent from them beware they switch management every 6 months the building is roach infected and the neighbors are very loud and disrespect the halls smell like pee so rent at your own risk I pray for you
