This is the worst property you could ever live in fargo moorhead area I warn anyone who wants to rent from them beware they switch management every 6 months the building is roach infected and the neighbors are very loud and disrespect the halls smell like pee so rent at your own risk I pray for you
Never ever move here . You would be treated better if you lived under a bridge. Or in a tent by the river. It was okay until the new management came in and then it went downhill and it's even went downhill further from what I hear it's infested with roaches mice the city really needs to go shut that place down or find them extremely they're not doing anything about it they ignore people like they're nothing
Got to look at one of the places, looked good and clean in the apartment during showing. Lady who showed us the place was super nice. Gave us everything we needed to know about the place and ect. Very understanding. Just waiting to see now if we can move it!!!!
The management is great it’s safe at night with great lights all around outside
