Where to start, this is a wonderful place to live. It’s located in a great area, on a quiet road, just minutes from all kinds of stores and everything you could need! The owners are very kind, and they do the best they can to help with any arising concerns you may have. They work with you when things get rough and allow grace! Not sure what the Madames name was with the accent, but she was very pleasant to speak with, knowledgeable upfront and friendly. Haven't quite made financial decisions yet regarding my personal future interaction, but after speaking with her Terrace is high on my list. Thank you for returning my call so quickly, being as eager as you could to fill me in on the details, and for the overall friendly and honest way you did it.
Honestly, it’s a really good place to live if you make friends with people who live here, it has the potential to be a really amazing community. It just needs a lot of work done to it, and the people who sell the trailers need to be more honest about the trailer’s condition before someone moves in. Being told that things are brand new and the floors are completely remodeled just to have all the floors buckle within a week is not acceptable. Rent goes up no improvements are ever made. To this park gravel roads with ruts and pot holes and we pay more than echo lake and their rent includes sewer and water and trash pick up. They also have paved roads and a lake. But they are owned by a company not a Slum Lord. Feeling ripped off! Pretty soon no one will want to live in this park because it will be cheaper to rent a house.
