Staff is very nice, but they need to do a better job cleaning the rooms. My mothers room had food on the floor, night stand and floor had something very sticky all over it, no surprise that there was also a few roaches crawling around. Definitely disappointed and disgusted. Please do a better job cleaning.
My Mom had the unfortunate mishap to be at this facility for 21 days. If I could give zero stars I would gladly do so. This institution deserves only negative comments: all staff members were incredibly insolent, not only to my Mom, but also to me. I had the right, not only as a poa holder, but also as a biology/medical degree to make strong suggestions as to my Mom’s care and inform them about previous health information. Terrace of Delray is a hidden gem! I have nothing but love and gratitude for this place. My dad needed to be in a nursing home after staying there for rehab. During what was a very difficult time, Alecia in billing, came through for us and made the process smooth, and now my dad is a resident. The quality of workers is what puts the “home” in “nursing home.” And Terrace of Delray has many high-quality, dedicated workers.
