I love a resturant with quality food and family friendly atmosphere. I go to Terrace Lakes for that, my family has been going there for 3 years now and they treat us like family. Service is great, if you are friendly and respectful, you will receive the same and more. God bless and thank you for preparing a place for me, my wife and girls to relax! P.S. they have a sweet Hot Spring pool for all ages.
A lot of restaurants in Crouch are closed on Tuesdays, so I was redirected to this place. I needed a burger, and the burger hit the spot. I like the rustic log cabin feel.
Place is horrible. I've lived in hotels for years and the worst of the worst and this place is horrible. No wifi no phone service and the worst food ever.
Waited 2 hours for food. We were told a 30-40 minute wait. We just spent hours hungry. We walked in there with complete daylight and left in complete darkness. Checked in on our food 3 times and never got a clear response on how long it would take. Everyone was nice however they are too short staffed to be accepting customers if they are that far behind on orders. The restaurant is not a priority. They also service the pool and the bar. Food was great but service was horrible. Waiting at least 45 minutes just to get our order taken (only 2 other customers in the restaurant) and we clearly were ready (put our menus at the end of the table and we were all on our phones). Waited another hour for our food, still not a-lot of customers at the time. If you’re in a rush don't come here. P.S. the workers were talking crap about other customers right in-front of me. (the workers was lily.)
