I've been going here since October and honestly can I raise enough about how great the spaces and my personal therapist. I'm very happy with the care I've received here. I know some people are confused about the insurance thing but I know once I get a receipt every month I can submit it to insurance and it's covered. Also a huge bonus was having the sliding scale for when I first started going because I didn't have a lot of disposable income so very friendly if you're on a budget. I've been pleased with every aspect of my experience with Terrace House. I found them while I was actively in the process of searching for a new therapist--emailing a bunch of folks and not hearing back from anyone. They emailed me back right away, and were, and continue to be, kind, professional, and prompt in their communication. It was important to me that my therapist be LGBTQIA competent and affirming, and I've been pleased with both their skill and commitment to serving queer and trans clients.
