unhappy homeowner We purchased a Terrace Home 6 years ago and now have a problem with a leak in the roof stemming from the sky light. The water leak went under the shingles and was undetected until we had water in the bathroom. We have to have the roof fixed and was told this is our problem. Terrace Homes will not stand behind anything. I don't think that a roof should last 6 years or less do you? They are telling us that this problem is not theirs but it is ours.
