Avoid this place unless you want to live without basic utilities. The water here is shut off almost every month, sometimes for hours at a time. Forget doing dishes, laundry, or even flushing a toilet. Management’s advice? Fill buckets ahead of time. One time they told us to use the pool water to flush. Hot water? Rare. AC? Breaks constantly. Terrace Hill Apartment maintenance staff are so awesome!!! They are very timely, courteous and understanding! I feel so lucky to live in this place and have such wonderful people help me! TC

Unsatisfied by the apartment complex. Very makeshift/thrown together. They excessively paint over cabinetry without any caution, cheap plywood, cork board is used for the cabinetry to make precarious shelves, the dishwasher won’t stay secured to the cabinetry because of the cheap cork board , half of the wall outlets won’t work, have to figure out whether the top or bottom plug works, screen door doesn’t stay secure, window glass is paper thin and windows have no locking system.
