Apartment very cold in winter and I hear the neighbors from above walking every step. Everything else is more or less acceptable.

It is almost like they purposely designed the letters and numbers to be hard to be seen by anyone finding the address especially for deliveries!!
I have lived here in ,3 different apartments, for the last 6 years. I have seen lots of changes and can say without a doubt that right now is the time to rent at Terrace Heights! Rachel and Linda are fantastic! In the past you were left waiting ( sometimes a while) for a call back form office staff, but not now! They are so on top of it and they are actually very kind and friendly.....which hasn't always been the case here. Very happy here with my family and no plans to go anytime soon!
Posted information is meaningless in this place. Expect people to be there during business hours? Sorry, they get mad if you even ask what the hours are when someone will be available. Have a maintenance emergency in the middle of the night? You're out of luck. My hot water heater is hissing and leaking, and the phone number on the office number's recording got me a guy in Texas who says they don't deal with water heaters. He was very nice, but sent me a link to a Google results page for some company also in Texas. I called ... read more
