I closest business in 2008. A company bought my phone number just to solicit for more people. It does not operate under the high standards I had set and I did not sell the phone number to them. I will not recommend using this company as all they are is looking to do is gain new business. The guy that actually bought it posed as me to One customer as I found out later. Always check and verify who you use and who is supposed to be the true owner. Checking a LLC paper with the state to make sure that it is to register people.

My father and I have been using Mike for all of our refrigeration repairs at Wagon Wheel Pizza of Melbourne for almost 30 years. He responds quickly and his prices are very reasonable. His wide range of knowledge and experience equals accurate repairs in a short amount of time.

This is one of the oldest companies in Charleston. They have been in business solely by word of mouth for 35years. They were referred to me by a friend who was referred by a friend. I had an issue that 2 other companies had looked at before and could not figure out the problem. Ryan came over and with-in 10 minutes, he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. It has been working fine ever since. I highly recommend TERRACE to anyone needing an outstanding heat&air company.

We have had a long-standing and very positive relationship with Terrace Heating and Air. They put the entire system in our house when we built in 2002. They have maintained the systems (5) and have responded promptly and professionally when questions or problems arose. We are in the process of some replacements and upgrades now. I've dealt with everyone in the company, and I wouldn't use anyone else.
