I've been using Terrace for over 20 years for my home HVAC needs. They have always treated me well, their technicians are considerate and knowledgable. And I've known Joe (owner) for much longer. We each had businesses across the street from one another. His deprh of experience is admirable.
Needed a new package unit, Chris and the team at Terrace were exceptional. They provided me with multiple options and explained the difference between each one. We decided and they squeezed me in and we beat the cold snap! I appreciated the whole process from beginning to end and the professionalism of the guys was a plus to experience… highly recommended!!!
Chris and Francesca were amazing. Very helpful, professional, and efficient. I’d highly recommend this company. Don’t waste your money at big box a/c companies. Support the local guys, there’s a reason they come so highly recommended. Service for Charlestonians by Charlestonians at a price those of us who grew up here can actually afford.
This is so rare I had to let others know just how good these people are. Last week on an exceptionally hot day my 15 year old American Standard 15 ser unit couldn't maintain 78 degrees inside. It froze up. I called Terrace and the later the next morning I had a man checking the system. He said the refrigerant was low and there was likely a leak in the air handler coil.
