I have a home listed for sale. During the due diligence there were issues with the HVAC system. I called Terrace at 8:30 in the morning and they had a technician there at 11:30. He diagnosed and repaired the 3 problems within 90 minutes! They have helped me out with my own home in the past too. I will never use any another HVAC company again!

While they have great reviews, i cannot agree. First, my house is 2000 sq ft with 12 inch thick exterior walls that have an R value of 24-30. I was told I needed 2 units - a 2 ton and a 1.5 ton. Turns out 2 would have been sufficient. I requested and paid for a whole house dehumidifier and asked for fresh air exchange Joe said he didn’t like fresh air exchange so I pointed out I’d like to pay for it. I've been using Terrace for over 20 years for my home HVAC needs. They have always treated me well, their technicians are considerate and knowledgable. And I've known Joe (owner) for much longer. We each had businesses across the street from one another. His deprh of experience is admirable.

Needed a new package unit, Chris and the team at Terrace were exceptional. They provided me with multiple options and explained the difference between each one. We decided and they squeezed me in and we beat the cold snap! I appreciated the whole process from beginning to end and the professionalism of the guys was a plus to experience… highly recommended!!!
