When I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned properly. I emailed photos at the time but never received any response or apology. Later, they claimed it had been cleaned and provided an invoice—but that doesn’t change the fact that I moved into a dirty unit. I’ve lived here for nearly a year (9 months) and l’ve had no issues to speak of. The property is always clean and management has been polite and professional. Be considerate of your neighbors in the building by keeping the noise level down and you shouldn’t have any issues from management. I have no complaints whatsoever.
