I resided here for an acute amount of time. I experienced great service with the front desk and maintenance being very timely and helpful. When I moved in, my apartment was clean I didn’t have any issues with any appliances. Landscaping was kept up with as far as mowing and trimming bushes and picking up staggering limbs. Having lived here for more than a year now, l’ve had no complaints or issues to speak of. The property is always clean and management has been polite and professional. Suzie and her assistants have always been a pleasure to deal with. Be considerate of your neighbors around the property. Don’t be trashy, and keep the noise level down and you shouldn’t have any issues from management.
I paid everything upfront and waited 30 days to move into an apartment that wasn’t ready. It was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and there was a persistent foul odor in my pantry and throughout the vents. The odor in my kitchen was later determined to be caused by a gas trap under the sink that was installed incorrectly—meaning I was exposed to gas for months.
