Having lived here for more than a year now, l’ve had no complaints or issues to speak of. The property is always clean and management has been polite and professional. Suzie and her assistants have always been a pleasure to deal with. Be considerate of your neighbors around the property. Don’t be trashy, and keep the noise level down and you shouldn’t have any issues from management.
I paid everything upfront and waited 30 days to move into an apartment that wasn’t ready. It was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and there was a persistent foul odor in my pantry and throughout the vents. The odor in my kitchen was later determined to be caused by a gas trap under the sink that was installed incorrectly—meaning I was exposed to gas for months. Top of the line units and the management's top-notch! Quiet, clean, easy to reach 24/7, handle any requests immediately and professionally! Definitely a great place to live!!!
Extremely unprofessional management, cockroach problem, apartments are generally not well taken care of. 0/10 please find anywhere else to go.
