Just toured some vacant apartments today. I smelled drugs as soon as I walked into the building. The first apartment I checked out smelled like mold. The second apartment had a dead roach next to the sink. The hallways were filthy with stains and crumbs. Great prices, but absolutely not worth the risk of living here.
We love living here at such a lovely place to live churches are close school is close gas stations close and also Walmart is close. And all the nice restaurants fine dining and the view is beautiful of our beautiful mountains 🏔️
quite possibly the worst place to live. terrible roach infestation & the only effort ever put in to fixing the problem is the same bug company spraying once every other month. was given an apartment covered in dust and dirt, carpets left residue on your socks & feet, and even after going over with a carpet cleaner 3+ times, was still too dirty to feel comfortable walking on barefoot or sitting on. my roommate & i were amazing tenants that left the apartment better than we received it & were always early with rent. instead of... read more
Well, let me start out by saying, I would give this complex 0 stars if possible. Definitely live here if you love having a million tiny cockroach roommates who don’t pay rent, if you don’t mind getting a bunch of random deductions from your deposit because they have to make money somehow, no real effective resolutions towards the roach issue, or the fact that they do the bare minimum of upkeep with the cleanliness of the complex, and the list could go on forever.
