I have been living at this place since a year and I am already in love with it. Management is really friendly, cool & amazinggg. Location is superb, the apartment is always well maintained and well equipped. Neighbourhood is best of the best. Thanks Grant for helping & having us.
I just moved into this apartment a month ago and I think the experience is exhilarating. I am a student and the location is best to reach the university. All the amenities needed for a student are around within walking distance. Management is friendly and helpful. I love it here.
The location is perfect, right next to the 7th Street station. The building is well-maintained, and you can sense that everything was built to last. The terrace area is a lovely spot to relax and also a perfect place to witness Stampede parade. The hallways are always clean, thanks to the dedicated gentleman who tidies them every day. The elevators are quick and reliable. The staff is respectful, Grant and Rebecca are an absolute pleasure to interact with. I've been spoiled and can't imagine living anywhere else!
I have lived here for two years this building has always been so welcoming and Grant truly cares for his tenants, he has been nothing but nice to me and my roommate as well as past friends who have lived here. I’m beyond grateful to call this place my home.
Grant is one of the best building managers in all of Calgary. He truly cares about his tenants and will try his best to accommodate any needs or restrictions that come up. The building itself is in a convenient location and is well maintained. The apartments are nicely laid out and have large windows. I would recommend this apartment for the management alone.
