I saw Dr. Yuen for ongoing discomfort in one of my eyes, but the experience was disappointing. I spent more time getting to the clinic than I did in the actual consult, which lasted under 5 minutes. It felt rushed, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were really listened to by her. I walked out with no clear answers or plan. Unfortunately, I’m still experiencing the same symptoms with no improvement. When it comes to eye health, I expect a bit more care and attention. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend
The only place for specialist eye care
Dr. Tim and Dr. William are exceptional at their work. I was diagnosed with a cyst behind my left eye that required surgery. Although I was nervous, both Dr. Tim and Dr. William kindly explained the entire procedure to me. The support staff, especially Georgie, was also fantastic. She patiently answered all my questions and provided thorough responses.
If you received a referral to check your eyes by the specialist make sure you take your sunglasses!! Before testing they put anaesthetic drops into your eyes and then a couple of different drops in as well due to the bright flashes and testing your eyes various lights etc. Once completed you will become sensitivity to light and glare unable to see if a sunny day and unable to drive or walk home alone.
