Acabo te tener un apt en terrace states.y mi experiencia a sido mi mejor experiencia. El personal de la oficina es maravilloso.y nos atendio con profesionalidad. Estoy feliz de empezar a vivir ahi.
It's not what you are looking for. The rent for the apartments they offer is unbelievable. The office team never respects your rights and the talk to you with no manners. The level of communication is very low. The most apartments have no laundry machines and they charge it for almost 2400$. In the cold days the heat never covers the cold in the apartments because of the bad quality of the windows that have gaps all the way. The property is filled with mise in the apartments and the trash are all over the place all the time.... read more

I've been at terrace estates for 13 years and the staff+maintenance are great!!!
