Had a great experience having Andrew help with an electrical issue with our home septic system! He was extremely responsive, coming out the same day I called and getting the work completed first thing the next morning. Communication was clear and thorough, with him walking me through the issue he diagnosed and then giving me a clear estimate of the repair costs ahead of time. I will certainly look to him in the future with any electrical issues.
This team of electricians were professional, courteous, informative, and ever so pleasant to work with.
Would not hire. Apparently the owner not only thinks it's ok to run people off the road but to then give them the finger because they beeped their horn at him as he merged his vehicle and trailer into their lane, with them fully along side him, forcing them off the road. Extremely unprofessional and not the sort of people I want to work with. Edit: To clarify his vehicle was ahead of me, his trailer was beside me and I had to vear right and hit the breaks to avoid being hit by him because he realized he was in the wrong lane... read more
Andrew from Terrace Electric LLC is the best. He was recommended to me from my electrician who was unavailable today. After speaking with Andrew on the phone, he suggest to troubleshoot over the phone before comi g I et to my house. He wanted to see if he could save me the service call fee in. Are the issue could be resolved with me over the phone.
