Very unprofessional. Refused to make an appointment because I sounded white.
The environment is OK for the most part but not spectacular. The barbers themselves indeed do good work, my problem specifically deals with the lack of clarity. If you're looking for a walk-in appointment you might as well forget about it. Unless you book with the barber a week in advance you really will have a tough time getting in to get a cut.
