Management is kind and understanding. Maintenance is prompt, thorough, and and friendly. The walls must be unusually thick because I almost never hear my neighbors. When messes occur in common areas, they are cleaned up promptly, and the HVAC in the common areas keeps my electric bills lower than in past places I've lived. The key-fob entry and interior front doors for each apartment (which are heavy fire-doors) make me feel safer than at any previous place I've lived as a single woman. Lived here for about nine months. First, When I first moved in within 2/3days I noticed ants.I had ants in the living room on the carpet, in the kitchen on the floor and walls, ants in the second bedroom, in the bathroom, and in the hallway. My unit was infested with ants i have photos still as well. I was asked did I bring something in that could have caused them.. I never had problems with pest in any place that I have lived.
